Open a care conversation only after the patient requests it and the provider accepts. Share location only when you choose to. Do not post another person’s private information in reports or messages.
Harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, discrimination, and attempts to access another person’s account are not allowed. Use the report control on a care connection to alert the owner.
Wiz can help prepare questions and organize next steps. It does not diagnose, prescribe, modify patient records, verify a license with a regulator, or dispatch emergency help. Use licensed professionals and local emergency services for urgent care.
The owner reviews credential applications and safety reports. An account may be temporarily locked while a serious report is reviewed. Only the owner can restore access after review; a report alone does not automatically prove misconduct.
WizCare does not invent, fill in, or change patient charts, hospital facilities, prescriptions, or professional qualifications. Add real records only after the secure service for that record is available.
